The list below includes websites with free reading material. Most of them are graded and include online text, audio and downloads. Here is a key to what each site includes:

GR=Graded (Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, etc.)

OR=Online reading: you can read the text on the screen

PDF=You can download the text in PDF/RTF/TXT format

AUD=You can download an audio file (MP3)

eBK=You can download an eBook for use with Kindle and other eReaders (epub, mobi)

SPD=You can adjust the reading speed

BrE=Audio has British English accent

AmE=Audio has American English accent
